  • Date notified of instruction
  • Client contact and appointment date 
  • Client signed date
  • Document return date
  • Client contacted and awaiting confirmation of appointment time and date
  • Problem case (precise reason will be given in a commentary box) 
  • Company Case Handler
  • UKLA Legal Representative

Report Creation

UK Legal Assist are always happy to provide an analysis of all instructions received by providing useful reports on a regular basis.

Many of our clients find this service very useful in order to evaluate key strengths and weaknesses within their own Client capture process. A number of firms make use of the information by incorporating it as part of their own review meetings or for in-house staff training purposes etc.

Some examples of these are:

  1. Instructions by Case Handler or department
  2. Daily, weekly or monthly conversion rates
  3. Instruction to appointment timescales
